The Flight E-Type Straight Nose Cone, F-415BZ, available from All Practice Solutions, is a 1:1 ratio attachment built specifically for NSK EX-6 motor systems, giving practices standardized on NSK equipment a compatible nose cone without needing to change their broader handpiece setup. It runs without water, relying instead on a positive locking mechanism rated for 30-40 PSI at the motor to stay securely seated through use, and spins up to 20,000 RPM. It accepts standard RA burs (2.35mm) as well as lab burs, making it suited for tooth removal work as well as right-angle prophy applications like polishing. At 40g, it's the lighter of the two nose cone variants Flight offers, with a standard finish rather than chrome.
