The Bien-Air PM 1:1 External Irrigation, available from All Practice Solutions, is a 1:1 direct-drive straight handpiece (ref. 1600052-001) built for oral surgery and implantology, accepting standard 2.35mm bur shanks through a locking-ring retention system and an E-type coupling per ISO 3964. Its defining feature is interchangeable sleeves that let the clinician choose between an irrigated or non-irrigated configuration depending on the procedure, giving one handpiece body flexibility across different surgical needs.
