DUO Intraoral X-Ray Sensor
The A2Z Imaging DUO Sensor, available from All Practice Solutions, is a digital intraoral sensor built around QuickSwap™ Replaceable Cable technology, if a cable gets damaged, it swaps out on its own rather than sending the whole sensor out for repair, cutting downtime and cost. It uses advanced CMOS technology with state-of-the-art coupling for detailed imaging, housed in a thin, contoured design meant to sit more comfortably in the mouth and stay easier to position. The sensor comes in two sizes, DUO1 and DUO2, to cover patients from small children to large adults, and connects either directly via USB or wirelessly through A2Z's Air2Zed system (sold separately) for a cord-free setup at the chair. It works natively or through TWAIN with major imaging platforms, including Dentrix Ascend, Carestream, Dexis, and Eaglesoft.
